We absolutely loved our experience with Debbie Puckett who helped us buy our first home. Debbie was recommended to us by my new employer in Alabama and we worked with her while still living in another state. We had a very limited time for the actual house visits in Alabama; in this regard we found Debbie very reactive and well organized: the visits were conveniently scheduled for us and if we had an hesitation about a house and wanted to re-visit it quickly, she was able to schedule another viewing within a day (especially if the property was still occupied). Also, for our top choices she did a market study that was helpful for our decision regarding the amount of the offer we made. We also found Debbie very helpful with the house inspections. She took the time to schedule the different inspections but also to check on the house prior and after inspections and make sure everything that needed replacement/improvement or repair was done. She helped us to set the water service in the house and also to get the house professionally cleaned so when we arrived we don’t have to do it (after a 3 day-long trip we definitively appreciated that). Debbie also provided us with valuable advice and help regarding the whole home mortgage application process, since this was our first time purchasing a home. She put us in contact with several experienced local mortgage specialists, allowing us to really choose the best option. Debbie Puckett’s patience, friendly attitude and professionalism are qualities that make of her an excellent realtor! Definitively recommend!
